Experian is now retaliating against me due to my last complaint. I received an adverse action notice and when I requested my free report per law, they all of a sudden want me to mail in information or submit it online. Well, of course the online portal takes me all the way through until it errors out ( twice ). They then suggest I mail it. This is time consumes and clear retaliation due to my dispute on XX/XX/year>. I have lived at this address for a decade AND I submitted similar documentation in the past for them to verify me per their request. Now all of a sudden they can not verify me after I submit a dispute to the CFPB. This is clear retaliation and I demand they stop their games and fix my file so that I can request my information, just like every other American citizen.
