XXXX reference this previous report that was closed. I have attached my report to FTC because I am a victim of Identity Theft and I am trying to have this charge off removed from my credit report immediately. I previously reported it to XXXX which was the collection agency I was told held the account now I'm being told its Aldridge so I am resubmitting this report. I did not authorize this credit card account and would like it removed. I'm being told that basically just because there were payments made towards the account it has to be mine which is not proof enough to pin this on me. I did not authorize this account to be opened in my name and I want it removed. I have been a victim of identity theft for years and its driving me crazy constantly fighting to clear my name.
