It was with cash app and this all happened in XXXX with my account under my old email XXXX and I opened another one in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they both were completely taken over I sent the emails I was getting and with the first email I mentioned XXXX was taken and I was completely locked out and was given no answers and that account was used by only XXXX knows who and for what and my other one was shut down and I was unable to retrieve my money still to this day I cant even access them and havent been able to as soon as I complained the second email which I opened one in XXXX and the other one in XXXX the XXXX account they said I broke the rules and said I gambled with cashapp even though I sent them the transactions in question before my money was taken
