I have no access to my own personal credit report. I have access to my MyEquifax.com mobile app. Financial institutions do now have access to my persona credit report. The file just says " Referred File '' Nobody knows what it means. I have contacted Equifax 6 times in the last 30 days to rectify the issue and submitted the requested documents all XXXX times via email and mail. I have spoke to the Consumer Affairs department on all XXXX occasion to rectify the issue, to no avail. Equifax tells me that I can not have access to anything. And if a bank or credit union wants my file, they have to call the Equifax business number, but the Equifax agents can not give us the actual number for anyone to call. Banks have never heard of such a thing. Equifax has provided me absolutely no viable options and it seems they are choosing not to make my report available to anyone including me. This violates the FCRA provisions to an egregious degree. I have complied with all of Equifax 's requests for documents ID materials etc. I do not have a security freeze on my file.. This issue all of a sudden occurred on XX/XX/year>. I have no pending disputes
