Both Experian and Tran Union have failed to conduct a proper investigation of my credit dispute, violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Despite providing supporting documentation, Experian/ Tran UNion did not forward my evidence to the data furnisher, accepted unreliable responses, and failed to adequately notify me of the dispute outcome. These failures align with the CFPBs lawsuit against Experian, which alleges systemic issues, including the failure to forward consumer-provided evidence, reliance on unverified furnisher responses, and inadequate dispute resolution notifications. Additionally, my experience reflects these same violations, as Experian / Tran Union failed to remove or properly correct the disputed information. I am requesting immediate corrective action to remove or amend the disputed accounts, as Experians and Tran Unions inaction has violated federal law and my rights as a consumer.
