I am writing to express Concerns of how zelle handles my disputes, partially in light of of cfpb highlighting issues with the platform. Despite using Zelle numerous times and reporting discrepancies, my financial institution and Zelle failed to investigate my claims adequately. I was informed that lost funds was impossible and tracking transactions was unfeasible. The cfpbs findings indicate that Zelles has not only neglected to protect consumers but has also allowed repeat offenders to exploit the system leaving users vulnerable to scams.
