XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Delivery date XX/XX/XXXX This package required a signature for delivery. At the time of delivery there was nobody home, therefore I am assuming it was either left outside or delivered to wrong address. I got home around XXXX that day and did not find anything at my door or at/ in mailbox. I tried to dispute with merchant and their response is that package was delivered correctly but not able to provide the proof of signature that was required to be obtained to leave the item. There is also no picture to prove that the item was delivered, if left outside. However, since this was a meet at door delivery and there is no signature ; then XXXX can not claim it was delivered correctly and I shouldnt be responsible for {$540.00}. If item was left outside. It was most likely stolen. Several attempts were made to dispute with XXXX, all were unsuccessful. They claim package was delivered successfully. I then proceeded to open a dispute with Amex. Numerous attempts were made and they concluded that XXXX successfully delivered the package based on time tracking evidence. I requested proof of signature or a picture to prove this but was sent the same automated message that merchant proved they did their part. I even submitted my time card as proof that I was not work until XXXX at the time of the delivery on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX.
