I have multiple negative remarks on my credit report. I have a remark on the report that has finally passed the 7 year mark to be removed and requested to be removed and was at first advised it would stay on my report until XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX That date passes and dispute that remark on my report to be removed I get told that it will continue to remain on my report until XXXX then was disputed once again that changed to XX/XX/year>. I was already advised to have this removed on XX/XX/year> and Experian refuses to remove it when initially stated it will be removed on XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX when it has been passed more than the 7 years to remain on report.
