My ex husband was using my social security number on a XXXX XXXX account. The account went to collections. I contacted both the collection agency and XXXX letting them know. Proving that the account was not mine I've never lived at the service address and all information attached to the account is not mine. My ex husband also called them stating it was not my account or debt. He paid the debt but they refuse to remove the remark from my credit report.
