Equifax, Experian, and Transunion failed to respond promptly to my previous complaint about removing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) from my credit reports, even though this account is over seven years old. I have reported this issue multiple times due to the account and dates being changed to remain longer on my credit reports. This is fraud and it is illegal. The second issue is that Department of XXXX student loans have also increased on my credit reports as well however I no longer have loans with the Department of XXXX so how is this even possible? I have lost major points on my credit reports as a result of these issues.
