Payment made on XX/XX/XXXX not 30 days late being reported as no payment made in XXXX! Have proof of payment as well as fraudulent insurance policy being added to escrow for flood insurance. Sent proof of insurance for building as usual each year but for the XXXX time claimed they did not have it and added XXXX to my escrow first time a few years ago and did it again in XXXX at XXXX a month when our building is not in a flood zone and policy was not even needed! Will not allow access to account on line before making other demands for odd amounts first!
