This raises serious concerns that Experian prematurely closed my dispute to avoid regulatory oversight, taking advantage of the fact that one of its governing bodies was no longer monitoring its actions. Harm Suffered Due to Experians Negligence Experians failure to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation and its pattern of noncompliance have caused me significant financial harm. Due to the presence of this fraudulent account on my credit report, I have been denied housing and am currently forced to live in a hotel.
