This is my fourth dispute about the same account with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( account # XXXX ), and frankly, Im beyond frustrated. Experian is still reporting the payment status as Current, was past due 30 days, while XXXX and XXXX correctly show this account as Paid or paying as agreed. How is this even possible when Experians own payment history shows a consistent OK status with no late payments? Look at the attached credit reporttheres no excuse for this. If the payment history is clean, how can you still be reporting a 30-day delinquency? Stop playing games. FIX THIS! This is a complete failure of logic and accuracy. Experian has had more than enough time and proof to fix this, but instead, theyve ignored my prior disputes and continued damaging my credit. This goes beyond a simple mistake. Its NEGLIGENCE, and its causing me real harmmaking it harder to get loans for my business and blocking me from securing housing for my family. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681e ( b ) ), credit bureaus are legally required to ensure maximum possible accuracy, but Experian clearly isnt doing its job. Theyre also violating 15 USC 1681c-2 ( a ) by refusing to block inaccurate information even after I provided proof. Enough is enough. Im demanding that Experian correct the payment status to PAID AS AGREED immediately.
