Im extremely upset I have been 100 % flawless with a car note for over XXXX yrs never missed a payment. Even during my XXXX XXXX and XXXX and XXXX never missed a payment, I was looking forward to my credit score to rise after the XXXX XXXX car was paid off, XXXX XXXX put Account closed on my credit report! it should said Paid in full! Because of the status and notes they wrote i lost XXXX points off my credit report Please update where it say account paid in full i deserve the points i worked hard for and this showes as bad not Good, becuase they put Cosed when in should say paid in full Never late never had a issue paid weekly for XXXX yrs please dont treat me like that XXXX XXXX you guys hurt my score by XXXX points. it was for the XXXX XXXX XXXX that was my first loan with them. I called them and i was told to report them to XXXX that it should say paid in full not account closed. they said the only way to fix it is report to XXXX and credit burial
