On XX/XX/XXXX I received a text from Frost Arnett saying I owed and to check account. I clicked the link it said my name accountand it showed amounts in the payment option field. I didn't know what it was for. XX/XX/XXXX I called Frost Arnett spoke to a rep who said I needed my daughters permission to speak on her behalf I offered to email the POA they said they don't have an email for that. I called my daughter and she spoke to the rep and wanted to give permission but they said they cant take her permission over the phone while I was on with her? We hung up XX/XX/XXXX I called rep back she said she can't give me any information on the account even tho I'm the one the billing text was sent to and the account is in my name and my daughter she said they needed permission from was literally on the phone previously. She said I have to contact them thru their website. I have never received any mail or email communication from them regarding this and I have no idea what the debt is for as I've paid my share of my daughters medical from the divorce decree already directly to her providers. It is frustrating that I'm being billed for something and have no clue what for exactly and they won't tell me what it is but will text me a link to pay?
