I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ACCOUNT OR THE COMPANY THEY ARE COLLECTING FOR BUT THEY ARE REPORT TO ALL THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES I HAVE ASKED FOR A SIGNED COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE XXXX SO I HAVE ASKED THAT IT BE REMOVED AND THE REFUSE TO DO SO IT HAS CAUSE MY FAMILY XXXX BE HOMESLESS WITH A SPECIAL NEEDS ADULT CHILD. I AM ASKING THAT IT BE REMOVED ASAP. I THE CONSUMER AM ALSO XXXX. Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) that requires credit bureaus to remove fraudulent or inaccurate information is 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ( also known as Section 605B ) Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i, you also have the right to dispute any inaccurate or fraudulent items, and credit bureaus must investigate and remove unverifiable information within XXXX days. IT HAS BEEN MORE THEN XXXX DAYS.
