Consumer Narrative

I am writing to formally dispute the reinsertion of the following item ( XXXX ) into my credit report : XXXX XXXX Original Removal Date ( XXXX XXXX ) Under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), a consumer reporting agency is required to notify the consumer within XXXX business days if any previously deleted information is reinserted into their credit report. I did not receive any such notification regarding the reinsertion of this information. Furthermore, the reinsertion of this account ( XXXX ) may violate the provisions of the FCRA, as the credit bureau must verify and certify the accuracy of the information before it is reintroduced into a consumers credit report. I request that you Immediately investigate and provide the required certification of accuracy for this reinsertion, Remove the reintegrated item ( XXXX ) if certification can not be provided, Provide a detailed explanation of your findings in writing, along with any supporting documentation. Please note that this letter is a formal dispute under the FCRA, and I expect your response within the legally required timeframe of 30 days. Failure to comply with this request may result in further action. I want to acknowledge Equifax have stated in my previous dispute XXXX XXXX whereas this account ( XXXX XXXXXXXX ) was deleted it states We have researched the credit account and the item has been deleted from the credit file. To better assist me with understanding the results of my dispute please review information below if item states deleted, we have removed it from your credit report and taken steps so it does not reappear what steps have youll taken? Because it has reappeared, what methods are Equifax using? To my knowledge this explains accuracy to the current lawsuit with the CFPB due to Equifax ignoring consumer documents and evidence submitted with disputes, allowed previously deleted inaccuracies to be reinserted into credit reports, provided confusing and conflicting letters to consumers about the results of its investigations, and used flawed software code which led to inaccurate consumer credit scores. I have attached a copy of page XXXX of XXXX of my credit report from Equifax with the disputed item ( XXXX ) highlighted, along with a copy of my identification and copy of social security for verification purposes. I am requesting that this account be deleted and does not reappear also an updated credit report be sent to me immediately. I hope you take this matter seriously thank you for your attention to this matter. XXXX XXXX
