I was affected by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been out of work for a XXXX. During the time I stayed on top of payments until I couldn't when I feel behind. I would receive phone calls to set up payment arrangements and if I did my account would stay opened. Which was a lie. I was making payments and it was in fact a closed account. Credit collectors would make up convincing lies to lock me into payments that were not VALID to the agreement!
