I used my VA Loan when I first purchased my home in XXXX. In XXXX I filed XXXX. XXXX due to XXXX XXXX which I paid off and was XXXX in XXXX. In XXXX XXXX my mortgage was sold to Fay Servicing in XXXX TX. They automatically increased my monthly payment {$300.00}, saying my escrow was short. Everytime I talk to them they keep telling me my escrow is still short. I have automatic withdrawal from my checking account every month, have never been late on a payment since they have taken over my loan. I just don't understand how this can be when I had never had a problem with escrow before until they took over my mortgage. Could someone please check into this for me, I personally believe something illegal is going on here. I don't understand how after a year and a half of paying an extra {$300.00} a month my escrow still is coming up short. When Nothing has went up on my home insurance or taxes. Thank you!
