XXXX NC XXXX XXXX XXXX Date : XXXX2024 To : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Subject : Complaint Against Bullcity Financial Solutions for Violations of Federal Regulations Dear CFPB, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Bullcity Financial Solutions for violating my rights under federal law, including the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Bullcity Financial Solutions has placed a collection account on my consumer credit report without providing the legally required validation information under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ). I have not been given the opportunity to dispute the alleged debt, as mandated by 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ). This collection agency is engaging in false, misleadin, and deceptive practices, which constitute violations of my consumer rights. Specificaly Bullcity Financial is in breach of : 12 CFR 1006.34 ( d ) for failing to provide disclosures required by law. 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( A ) for furnishing information to consumer reporting agencies without proper authority. Furthermore, Bullcity Financial Solutions accessed my credit report without my permission or any permissible purpose, in violation of the FCRA. This unauthorized action exacerbates their noncompliance and harms my credit profile. I am disputing any and all debts allegedly owed to Bullcity Financial and formally revoking their rights to communicate with me through email, calls, or text messages. In accordance with federal law, I am requesting the following from Bullcity Financial Solutions : 1. Debt Validation : Provide complete validation of the alleged debt, including documentation of the original creditor 's account details and evidence of the debt 's legitimacy. 2. Purchase Agreement : Furnish a copy of the purchase agreement or assignment of the alleged debt between them and the original creditor. 3. Licensing and Bonding : Submit proof that Bullcity Financial Solutions is licensed and bonded to conduct collections activities in my state of North Carolina. These actions by Bullcity Financial Solutions hav caused undue stresses and adversely impacted my credit standing. I urge the CFPB to investigate these violations promptly and take appropriate enforcement action to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
