A few years back I called to defer one payment. United wholesale mortgage said they didnt do that. They put me on a different plan where for three months I didnt have a payment and they said they would put the payments on the end of my loan. A year went by with me trying to make payments and sending in paperwork for them three different times for them to create something the VA would approve. Then when I went to fax in their approved plan by the VA they were hacked and everything was still for a few more months. Then I had to file bankruptcy. My lawyer dismissed my case because they are paid but they say I still owe them over XXXX. When even on my statements there is XXXX in unapplied funds. United wholesale Mortgage does not work with their customers.
