I filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about inaccurate reporting with my lease. Their response on XX/XX/XXXX was that they were going to remove all late payments for my account that was paid in full in regards to the lease payments. ( Please see the attached response ) XXXX XXXX has refused to do this instead they reported to the financial bureaus that I was late for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Now, I am listed as XXXX days past due on my credit report. The lease was paid in full and I am in ligation for the end of term bill which XXXX XXXX stated I wouldn't be responsible for. However, that end of term bill has no bearing to my lease payments which were paid on time and in full which was acknowledged in their response. I sent a request to XXXX XXXX directly on XX/XX/XXXX after XXXX XXXX once again reported me lated in accurately. I spoke with XXXX agent number XXXX and Escalations supervisor XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. They both refused to provide me proof of payment history that my lease was paid in full. The kept saying it wasn't because of the end of term bill which has no basis on my lease payments which are reported to the credit bureaus monthly. This again against the fair credit reporting act, which says all information reported must be accurate and reflect correctly an account status. XXXX XXXX has violated their response issued to to the CFPB.
