Okay, so the main reason why my new account is closed because its linked to terms of violation, however my first accounts that open with cash app I had never violated anything and the reason my first account got closed is because someone has compromise my cash app debit card for my first which is under the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX under my email address XXXX and I noticed on my first account where someone managed to make suspicious transactions on my account activity that I do not know about so I decided to block those transactions of the people who received money from me and by the time I received my first account back, thats when cashapp decided to close my account. However my first account was compromised and there little I could do however after I regain the account back, I took fully control of my first account and I have pictures provided my cashapp card that was linked to my first account XXXX XXXXXXXX. As well so after cashapp closed my first account. I decided to open up a new account however my new account got closed due to terms of violations. So I here am I wanting to appeal this closure because my first cashapp account got hacked by a person who I dont recognize and stole my login credentials. And the reason they was able to successfully login because they had my email address in my password which after they compromise my account, I had to change my password as soon as possible. However it was too late and cashapp closed my account. So please Im begging you that those illegal activities that was a link to my first account wasnt me and I deserve to have my new account XXXX XXXXXXXX to be reopened because I dont use cashapp all the time if Im completely honest. The only time I use Cash app if Im receiving money family friends or coworkers of Im paying my barber money for the service he provides like getting a haircut. So thats my additional information that I would like you to share with you.
