Consumer Narrative

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This was a timeshare that I got cancelled and terminated in XXXX of 2024. The contract stated that all money that was borrowed would be returned to the banks that lent it to me. For some reason this is still reporting on my credit report when its an account that is not only closed, but was meant to never exist there as I was scammed into this and it has been documented as such.
