EQUIFAX has an account on my credit file that shouldn't be listed and that was previously removed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This account was previously removed from my credit report years ago for identity theft/not belonging to me. The original creditor originally listed was a different company. XXXX XXXX XXXX re-aged this account and relisted this on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX now list themselves as the original creditor. Which is illegal and violates the FCRA. Also they are listing this account as a collection with no delinquent date. Another violation of the FCRA. This is a blatant and intentional act to circumvent the laws of the FCRA and FDCPA.
