XXXX has had my account on lock since XX/XX/25. Due to me not being able to add my bank I had to get my account placed on hold to do that. Now that I have completed it. They will not unlock my account. I have {$19.00} in my account that they wont let me withdraw. I have reached out to them and they claim the account specialist is handing it but will not let me speak directly to them. This is very frustrating for me because I really need to be able to access my XXXX account.
