I tried to apply for a loan due to an emergency expense that came up. The company was incredibly polite and attentive and ready to answer questions when I was in the application process. After finalizing however the company failed at multiple points to answer any questions, never provided me with the funds and ignored all my voicemails and emails. I got a hold of a representative on the XXXX and demanded the loan be cancelled and was told that a supervisor would do that for me and Id receive a callback and email with regards to the cancellation. I never received either. And every subsequent call has been met with my supervisor is out of the office and all my emails have also been continuously ignored.
