Consumer Narrative

I put XXXX down on an XXXX dollar XXXX model XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I got hurt and I wasnt able to make a few payments. I cancelled the gap insurance so I could defer that towards the balance. Santander told me incorrectly that I could do that. Now my car was repossessed. They told me I could only get my car back if I paid XXXX to pay off the balance. I am working again. I want my car back. Please is there anything you can do to help me?
