I XXXX XXXX file a lawsuit against Equifax on XXXX XXXX XXXX for violation of the fair credit act. On XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax and me agree to a settlement were they would remove all my 4 of my XXXX all 4 hard inquires and the XXXX XXXX account thats been paid off never late it was showing i owe XXXX dollars plus a check for XXXX dollars all the items they say was remove but my credit score when from XXXX to XXXX there no way i get 8 items remove plus the word XXXX XXXX remove from all my student loans and my score go down my score should have when up by XXXX points. this is wrong
