Consumer Narrative

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act this 'creditor ' has and continues to violate a surplus of my rights under 15 USC 1681 sect. 602. They have not respected my right to privacy regardless of the alleged business done between both parties. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to provide proof of my oral or written acceptance of this alleged debt which is in direct violation of 15 USC 1681 sect. 604 ( A ) 2 assisting clear violations of 15 USC 1666b, 1637b, 1681s2, 1681, FCRA, FDCPA, etc I've kept record of my certified letter assisting an notarized cease and desist letter which lawfully should have stopped all communication, reporting and infringement of my account. I've provided additional documentation, if helpful - expressing how their misleading information provided to my FICO report & their lack of compliance with FCRA rules is leaving me without a clear resolution and causing significant distress to my credit worthiness and hindering my ability to acquire essential assets. It is their responsibility to acknowledge these concerns arising from their incorrect reporting. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt and equitable resolution. Lack of resolution will leave me no other choice but to have the local Congressman promptly forward a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General for further scrutiny in this matter, pending immediate relief. In general, if your debt is canceled, forgiven, or discharged for less than the amount owed, the amount of the canceled debt is taxable. If taxable, you must report the canceled debt on your tax return for the year in which the cancellation occurred. They have not properly remitted my 1099c so I can properly do my taxes. Because all income needs to be reported and i refuse to be in violation due to XXXX XXXX 's unfair practices. Thank you, your cooperation is appreciated in advance.
