On XX/XX/year>, I lost my cell phone. Whoever found my phone decided to hack my checking accounts. Funds were immediately returned to me. I then checked my Barclays account. This person added their name to my account, added their Bank XXXX XXXX account, changed the mailing address on my account, and siphoned over {$3000.00} from me. I've repeatedly called the bank. They closed the account. They've completed no investigation into this They then sent me a check for {$280.00}. that was all the money remaining after I noticed fraudulent activity. They did not address the original problem at all. I've spoken with numerous customer service agents who are only capable of assigning to me a ticket number. PLEASE HELP ME.. The horrible scribble on the check they sent me are the ticket numbers assigned. The police report number is XXXX. That was filed with the XXXX Police department. Please note documentation from your bank on page XXXX shows a persons name who I don't know and should never have been given access to my account.
