On XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX sent me a XXXX payment for XXXX. I messaged PNC bank and ask why my XXXX wasn't available and I was told that if the sender didn't send it with instant it would take up to 3 day. I expressed my concern at never even seen that option when sending my owe XXXX payments and ask where in XXXX it gives this option they don't seem to know where this option is back on XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX sent me a XXXX they told me the same thing then and I never received that deposit. I've ask my family and friends no one seems to have ever heard of this so I went back and read through my XXXX directions it's not there and my banking contract with PNC says my XXXX payments are available immediately so I do not understand why they keep holding my XXXX payments instead of depositing them in my acct. What can I do about this. I'm concern bc my rent and bills being late or bouncing bc there holding there deposits and there no clear reason why and seem to be no way to resolve this issue. Other than being legal actions since it's seem to be only me and my XXXX payments this is happening to please help me with this issue. Thank you
