I have been trying to communicate for months with the mortgage company. My father left me the property and when this company picked up the loan they clicked me off of the account again. I tried repeatedly for months to communicate with them and find out what was owed and get assistance. But they kept refusing to communicate. It was only after I started including my sister in all emails I sent them to get put on the account, that they finally acknowledged me. The said I would be assigned a single point of contact and I would be called. I keep calling and no one is assigned yet. No one ever calls. But I keep asking and keep getting nothing. Now they are saying it is being foreclosed. But I havent received any info I havent received any help getting things fixed. And I dont know what to do.
