In last XXXX I applied for a new card at Capital One and they showed me an introductory APR of 0 % for the first 15 months. After two months Im believing they will follow the offering, I realize that they are charging me interest more than my previous credit bank that Id transferred my debit. I feel deceived by an advertisement that is standard for all new credit card offers. They advertised one thing but delivered a different product.
