I've been going through this for years now. Inaccurate late payments are being reported. I've provided bank statements multiple times showing the payments were made. I've spoken to customer service on a recorded line XXXX of XXXX & was reassured the late payments were inaccurate & would be removed. I've suffered significantly financially because of these late payments being reported in accurately. My payment history was 100 % before this occurred. I've disputed multiple times & their " reinvestigation '' always comes back as updated but nothing in the report changes. My payments are {$370.00}.
