Okay so the first issue I started having with Cashapp was wed XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXXXXXX XXXX I contacted support and told them that my cashapp wasnt letting me receive any payments so after that they said they would get me to someone that could help me mind you this is what a cashbot said not an actual person so when they claim they finally got someone name XXXX to help me I told them that payments were being canceled every time someone sent me money so they said after taking a look at my account they confirmed that the payment exceeded the number of transactions and they told me that I could try the payment later so the next issue was outta no where on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX they suspended my account for no reason and when they had did that I wasnt even active on my cashapp I had stop using it but of course I still had funds on there which is {$1400.00} in my savings and {$36.00} on my cash balance so I let them know that when I had woke up it says my account was suspended so they told me to let them check on my account and basically see whats goin on I also let them know like I needed to transfer my money Im a single mom and that was actually my rent money so after that they said Ill reach directly out to our specialty team and they ask for a email that they could reach me at so here we are in XXXX as of today they are still holding my money failed to fix my account or let me withdrawal my money when I talk to someone on the phone they said oh you just have a frozen balance but then like in XXXX they just closed my account outta no where when they never said they was closing my account I literally did nothing and they still have my money till this day
