I currently bank with SoFi Bank and I recently received a refund in the form of 2 checks from the government for a student loan. I tried to deposit my refund checks {$2700.00} and {$55.00} by mobile deposit on XX/XX/year> and was told my check XXXX were fraudulent and I was in violation of member service agreement. XXXX at no point in time asked me any additional information regarding verification of my identity or validity of the checks and decided to close my account XXXX is withholding my money and has given me no response to how I can withdraw what was in my account prior to the situation at hand
