Experian failed to properly investigate and delete my disputes from 2020 to present. Experian also have ignored supportive documentation that would help with reinvestigating these disputes. Experian has unfair deceptive practices by using previous responses from the furnisher to complete their investigation and reinvestigations. Experian is forcing me to dispute these accounts directly with the Creditors which have been unsatisfactory. When submitting these disputes sometimes Experian sent me a response within one business day, stating that their investigation and or reinvestigation was complete and the account remains and updated. I believe Experian actions have been in retaliation of several complaints submitted to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Please see the attachments with the amount due, my financial records that I paid that amount and more. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Also attached is a statement from XXXX XXXX agreeing to update my credit report removing the 30 to 60 day late.
