To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint against Experian regarding its failure to conduct a proper investigation into a disputed collection account reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). Experian has repeatedly disregarded my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), failing to investigate properly, refusing to provide verification details, and continuing to report inaccurate and legally uncollectible debt.
