I was asked about my {$6000.00} deposit I made from XXXX XXXX who had the funds taken from account and sent to capital one. They called me and told me they need to verify with bank I got us bank on the phone which they verified the funds were sent over to them and they shouldnt be saying they dont have funds because they were gone from my us bank since XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Capital personal kept telling me they cant believe anything I say even after verifying with XXXX XXXX that funds were sent they kept telling me they havent and wont receive it and locked me out of my account
