Cash app decided to close my account because they said I committed a violation of their terms. This was about XXXX years ago. Mind you, I was constantly having my account hacked and money taken from my account, prior to them closing my anccount. After complaining about that numerous times and getting no response, I stopped using the service. When they saw I wasnt using the service on a regular basis as I was, they closed my account and told me i violated rheir terms. They refused to tell me what term I violated. There was several XXXX dollars, approximately XXXX XXXX in the account that also disappeared. Upon several attempts to rectify the problem, I gave up because it was constantly running into dead ends and repeating myself over and over only for them to stop responding to my complaints. Now I cant access anything to do with the account in question. There was lengthy chat conversations initiated about the issue, that are not accessible anymore.
