i am a victim of identity theft and fraud. Accounts have been opened under my personal name without my consent or permissible purpose. Pursuant to FCRA 605b and Title 18 USC 1681c-2 I must demand the following accounts be blocked indenitely from my credit le and credit report as it is causing me harm and damages and is a violation of the United States Privacy Act. Please be aware that this is a notice of you violating my consumer rights, and in accordance with the federal law, you must cease and desist your actions immediately pursuant to title 15 1692K ( a ) ( 1 ) I am writing to formally dispute inaccurate information on my credit report. This dispute is submitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681i, which requires credit reporting agencies to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed items. Recent findings by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) have brought to light significant concerns regarding Experian 's failure to conduct proper investigations.
