On XX/XX/XXXX, I was trying to investigate why a credit card I had through XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX has not been approved for a credit line increase, I called XXXX 's customer service line and when the agent accessed my profile, they could not verify that I had any credit history, even though they acknowledged my credit card had been active and in use since XXXX. The agent instructed me that they report as they should to TransUnion, who would be the reason why they couldn't pull their own credit history for my account. That same day, and again later in XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted TransUnion and they could not find any record or history of me. Per the phone call with the customer service agent at TransUnion, I was instructed to photocopy my social security number card, and mail it through the United States Postal Service, and call them at an unknow future date, hoping they received my letter, so the customer service agent could verify whether or not they actually had my credit data.
