TO Your Company I am writing you to dispute the status of these inaccurate accounts reporting on my consumer report. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( PASSED BY XXXX ). You are reporting invalid, incomplete, inaccurate, and incorrect information on my consumer report. All of the accounts listed have different dates of last activity/status date, & have inaccuracies in the payment history between Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES 15 U S C 1681 e ( b ) Accuracy of a Report : Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure MAXIMUM POSSIBLE ACCURACY of the INFORMATION concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to the FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), YOU ARE REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW TO VERIFY, THROUGH PHYSICAL VERIFICATION WITHIN 30 DAYS, TO DISCLOSE ALL INFORMATION ( THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS ON MY CONSUMER FILES, PROVING THAT THESE ACCOUNTS ARE ACCURATE ). ( 15 USC Section 1681 s-2 ) IF YOU DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION OR HAVE THE INFORMATION THAT I HAVE REQUESTED, ( LACKING PROOF THERE OF ) YOU MUST REMOVE AND DELETE THESE ACCOUNTS ACCORDING TO FCRA REGULATIONS.
