I finally am getting last years tax refund. But my credit karma spend account was closed. I was in the hospital last year and recovered only to see they closed my account. My refund is being sent today it tomorrow. And I have been trying for a week to get some kind of help..every single support agent is completely untrained ill-informed and purposely trying to waste your time. And I wish I was exaggerating. I am a XXXXXXXX XXXX of XXXX and I desperately need that money and yet a billion dollar corporation like credit karma and into it are thoroughly giving me the runaround. I have received a different " answer '' by every single agent I spoke with. And I find it hard to believe that in the year XXXX when we have drones hovering in the sky, you're telling me you can't type in my new bank account information to redirect that check? I find that extremely hard to believe. My children and I have had a horrible year. We had to leave our abuser and ... anyway. So now I'm not sure what my address in file with credit karma is. It should be XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pa XXXX That's what it was when I opened the account. And then we lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX for a few months. But now my current address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX
