Im so fed up with this process! Please remove these accounts that are not mine. Not in 30 days, 45 day, or 60 days! 15 USC 1681 starters that any account that can not be verified or propelry investigated should be removed. The accounts numbers dont match and I can not get any information sent to me from aidvantage or retrieve results if these agencies investigations. They have been slow to move there feet on removing these items and honestly lying in my reports by saying that Ive even made payments on these loans and I have not done so. They are saying I made a payment in XX/XX/year> on one and I did not and have been fighting to get these removed not only through aidvantage but also trom the XXXX agencies that are refusing to listen to federal law in this matter XXXX looks like Experian removed them but the others have continued to not only leave them in place but lie to make it seem like I am making payments and I am not doing so.
