My attorney filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy and experian and credit karma keeps allowing the same collections agency 's to keep reporting collections on my account even though there is an automatic stay. In addition they keep allowing companies to report incorrect balances and refuse to remove them off my account. For example it even shows on my report that I have an active chapter 13 and they allowing the same collection companies to report debt that's included in my chapter 13 and refuse to remove it and it's caused my score go down over 150 Points
