Send Amex documented proof 3 times on email XXXX and ( XXXX and confirmed with customer care team multiple time. Final confirmation on XXXX XX/XX/year> Follow up customer care service team at least for 6 times over phone and escalated twice within Amex Amex opened multiple dispute IDs and close them finally stating that they have not received documents Customer service team does not have visibility on backend dispute processing team and helpless to provide any concrete solution Backend team does not speak to customer to understand real issue and close the disputes There is no formal escalation path for customer. Only rely on customer service executive does not help solving the issue
