Back in XXXX of XXXX I had an unauthorized charge from cash app. A person tried to take money off of my card on the XXXX of XXXX and was unable to do so but turned around and gained access on the XXXX to my account and wiped it clean this was reported to cash app upon immediate transaction and they opened an investigation and closed it the next day saying that it wasnt a fraudulent charge. They only gave me the last 4 digits of the accounts that took the money. I explained to them I did not have a said account with those numbers but they just closed the case. After reopening the case I asked for documentation of what was used to determine the results. They did not provide the information to me.
