This company promotes assistance with credit reporting to assist consumer with improving overall credit score. However, my account with this company has been open well over a year and they have yet to deliver the service. I have attempted multiple times to request to cancel the subscription and they continue taking the monthly fee of {$8.00} from my checking account for a service they are not providing. It has never once been reported to the credit bureaus, the service I paid for. This company obviously is a fraud and WILL not comply with consumers request to cancel. They also said if I cancel, it would impact my consumer credit report.
